Fun and sophisticated in its characters and colors, this item is perfect to decorate a kitchen, desk or coffee table.
Composed by the famous Limoges porcelain from France, designed and hand painted by our artists in Rome, the capital of Italy.
It is hand decorated with the famous “third fire” technique, a process that requires the colors to be fixed while reaching temperatures up to 780 degrees.
Every color on this object requires the process of cooking to start again each time. This is the reason why this material and technique is more expensive and precious than ceramic.
Porcelain is in fact more resistant than ceramic regardless of its delicate appearance.
Every plate is refined by a calf leather bottom in Tobacco color, to protect surfaces from scratches and give the tray an additional detail of beauty.

At this difficult time, we would like to ensure that all orders are delivered in a safe and timely manner.
As part of these health and safety measures, all returns will be held for two days before being processed.

Shipping and returns
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order and track the delivery at any time.

Domestic shipments
Standard shipping is free of charge worldwide and there are no additional costs for the customer. Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours.

International shipping
Standard shipping is free to all countries worldwide.
International orders may incur additional customs costs or import duties depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, so you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary from country to country, we cannot advise you before shipping how much they will be. If you would like to know the amount of these charges, please contact your local customs office and check the import tax policies for products made in Italy.

Returns
You may return any item purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

Please mention RETURN/EXCHANGE + ORDER NUMBER in the subject of the e-mail. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and further details on how to proceed.

Please note:

Products must be in original condition, including packaging.
The return must be registered with us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return package must be delivered to us in Italy within two weeks of the return email.
Complete the details on the return form in the box and return it to us.
Products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
LUHDO reserves the right to refuse returns or shipments that do not comply with the above requirements.

We can only process a refund or exchange if the return package has been received at our offices. LUHDO is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages to the return shipment. We advise you to keep track and / or receipts / confirmations. Thank you.
